Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed electronically only in exceptional cases, such as product unavailability after payment and before delivery to the customer.

- Payments made through “Visa,” “Mada,” “Apple Pay,” or “MasterCard” will be refunded to the customer’s account within 1 to 15 business days in case of order cancellation before receiving the product, depending on the customer’s bank and its policies. (A 2.7% refund fee may apply as charged by the payment gateway provider.)
- If the customer fails to receive the product or service due to an issue with their order, we will contact them to update it. If no response or refund request is received within one (1) day, the amount will be added as wallet credit to the customer’s account on the website. The customer is not entitled to request a reversal or refund of wallet balance.
- The wallet balance in the store’s website and app is valid for one full year from the date of order creation. The customer is not entitled to request a cash refund, bank transfer, credit card reversal, or any other form of reimbursement for the wallet balance.
- The customer is not entitled to request a refund of the full value of the club guarantee card, whether in cash, by bank transfer, by credit card reversal, or by any other means, nor to request converting it into wallet balance.
Terms & Conditions for Cashback
- The amounts of cashback offers are added to the electronic wallet in the customer’s account on the website and application
- The cashback offer amount is added to the wallet balance immediately after the order is successful
- The validity of the cashback balance is 12 months (one year) from the date of the invoice
- You can benefit from cashback offers when paying through all payment methods available to us except payment through “My Wallet”.
- You can benefit from the cashback amounts in the wallet balance by purchasing the products available on our website and application only.
- Cashback amounts cannot be refunded in cash or via credit card
- The customer does not have the right to request a refund of the cashback amounts in cash, by bank transfer, reverse credit card refund, or by any other method in the event that the request is not successful.
- In the event of a complete or partial return or refund of the order, the cashback value earned for this order will be deducted from your wallet with us if the cashback amount is used by the customer.
- Badaie Technology Company has the right to change the terms and conditions of cash back offers at any time and without prior notice to the customer
Warranty Policy

Full Club Warranty for Full Guarantee Card Holders:
- The warranty period for a Transfer Market Ban is 5 days from the last recharge.
- You will be compensated with coins equal to the full value of your club if a Transfer Market Ban occurs on your account.
- The warranty period for coin reset is 48 hours after the recharge is completed, and the coins must be used immediately without leaving any unused balance in the account.
- If the purchased coins are reset before being used during the warranty period, you will be compensated with the same amount of coins as your last order in your account again.

Standard Warranty for Non-Full Guarantee Card Holders (valid for 24 hours from the last recharge):
- In case a Transfer Market Ban occurs, you will be compensated with the same amount of coins as your last order in another account you own, or refunded the amount of your last order.
- If the purchased coins are reset before being used during the warranty period, you will be compensated with the same amount of coins in your account again.
